Yes. Setting it as the default dialer unlocks call screening, blocking, auto-SMS, and reliable logging.

How are requests secured?

Your team signs in securely and only authorized people can see or update call details.

Can I bulk assign or import leads?

Yes. Upload a list and DialSplit assigns batches so agents can start calling right away.

Where do I change working hours and templates?

In the dashboard under Settings. Those values control auto-response behavior for the User app.

What domain should I target?

We’ll provide your DialSplit login link (e.g., dailsplit.com). Just sign in and start.
